Terms of Service

Proof of concept

Castfolio is in early development and provided "as is". Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Please keep your own copies of anything important.

Your account

• Keep your login details safe and don't share your account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Using actor information

• Use actor details only for genuine casting consideration.
• Only add people whose details you have a fair reason to hold, and treat them respectfully and lawfully.
• Keep project, script and casting information confidential.
• Promptly act on any request from an actor to see or remove their details.

Content you upload

You keep ownership of what you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload it, including headshots. Don't upload anything unlawful or offensive.

Ending use

You can stop using Castfolio and delete your actors at any time. Accounts that misuse the service may be suspended.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Castfolio is not liable for indirect losses or for lost data during this proof-of-concept stage.
